Hyperskill — AIGC team: testing frameworks & content
Developer on Hyperskill’s AIGC (AI-generated-content) team for nearly four years — built the testing frameworks that validate learners’ projects at scale, and authored content.

For nearly four years I was a developer on Hyperskill’s AIGC (AI-generated-content) team. I developed and maintained the testing frameworks the platform uses to check learners’ projects automatically — at the scale of a large, constantly growing catalogue — did backend work in Python, and authored educational content alongside it.
What I built
The testing frameworks validate a learner’s submission the way a reviewer would, but automatically and repeatably. I developed and maintained them as part of the team:
- hs-test — the Java/Kotlin framework for testing educational projects.
- hs-test-python — the Python counterpart.
- hs-gradle-plugin — the Gradle plugin that runs them.
On the backend side the AIGC team’s services were Python (FastAPI, Django).
What I took from it
Automated, repeatable checks over a large content base are the same problem I work on now: evaluating non-deterministic agents at scale.
